Dear backers,
Exciting news - the next gen sports bras have been produced and we have started shipping your orders:).
For those of you who ordered add-ons like the new Pro leggings - they are produced too and have been added to your orders.
Depending on where you are in the world, it might take a few days until you receive your order. Please make sure to check your email (the one you used for Kickstarter) and phone for updates from our shipping partners DHL (outside of EU), DPD or Postnord (Nordics and EU) to ensure smooth delivery.
I’m so excited to hear your feedback and to see you “in action” with your new Tripulse products. It would mean the world if you could leave a review or send us an email with feedback, and tag us on Instagram @tripulseofficial in your new gear - we’d be more than happy to feature you too:).

I hope you are all doing well.
Great news - the production of the bras is complete and we plan to ship your orders in the coming few weeks. Since we received a lot of orders it will take us a bit to ship all of the orders. Rest assured we'll do our very best to ship them as soon as possible to you:).
For those of you who ordered the Pro leggings as add-ons - these are also nearly readily produced and we'll send your order once we receive them.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: We will be locking your shipping addresses on Monday, March 18, which means you won't be able to make any changes after that date, and we'll be shipping your order to the address listed in your survey. If you need to review or change your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://tripulse-the-next-gen-sustainable-sports-bra.backerkit.com . Please also note that we won't be able to take responsibility for shipments that didn't arrive due to an incorrect or outdated address listed in the survey. Update - February

Dear backers,
I hope you are all well and you are off to a great start into 2024.
Good news - the pre-production samples of the bras turned out to be great and production of the bras has started. We received the information from our Portuguese factory that we will receive them in March - and we’ll then make it our top priority to ship them to you as soon as possible.
For those of you who ordered the Pro leggings as an add-on: They are ready to be produced, however we’re still waiting for a production slot from the factory which got a bit postponed since the fabric delivery was a slightly delayed. We do all in our power so that the leggings will be produced as soon as possible and we’ll hopefully receive them in March together with the bras.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In case you have moved and the shipping address you put in your backer survey is no longer accurate, please update your shipping address as soon as possible, latest by February 29. You can do that by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://tripulse-the-next-gen-sustainable-sports-bra.backerkit.com .
