How do I get my backer survey?
You should receive an email from BackerKit* with a link to your account that includes all your backer information in it. The email contains a personalized link to the Kickstarter fulfillment survey. The survey is where you will choose your reward preferences (i.e. size and color), enter your shipping address, payment information (for shipping charges and potential further add-ons). In addition, if you are interested in adding additional bra(s) or other Tripulse activewear products at a favorable price you can do so easily with the built in Add-On system.
*Backerkit is the pledge management tool that helps us collect and organize all of our backer information and has been trusted by some of the biggest projects on Kickstarter.

By when do I have to submit my answers to the backer survey?
You should complete your post-campaign survey that we will send out through Backerkit and add your payment method by August 8 in order to have your order fulfilled. Shipping costs and potential additional add-on charges will be charged a few days after that deadline. (This only applies if you ordered a physical product).

When will shipping and potential additional add-ons be charged?
We will “Lockdown” all BackerKit accounts on August 9. When we hit the button to lockdown accounts, the following will happen:
You will no longer be able to make changes or additions to your account (except to update/change your shipping address and payment information.) All outstanding balances will be charged once we “locked” the accounts, including shipping costs and in case you made any other add-on purchases.

Why should I pre-order on Kickstarter?
When you pre-order you will be the first to get your Tripulse next gen sports bra. In return for your early support, you will also get limited pricing that will not be offered in the future. As a Kickstarter backer, you’re an integral part of the Tripulse community and you will be able to give feedback and input for Tripulse future product developments. That means you can impact our product and design decisions :).

How do I back this project?

Click “Back this Project”: Select your reward on the right side of the page. You can only make one pledge (=1 reward) during this campaign so make it count :-). You will also need to create a Kickstarter account in order to pledge (but no worries, this is quick and easy:)).

Payment: You will need to enter your payment details but your card will only be charged once we complete the campaign successfully. After that, Backerkit will be in touch a month or so afterward to ask for the final payment for shipping.

Color & size choosing: We’ll send you a post-campaign survey after the campaign is finished where you can choose which color(s) and size(s) you’d like to have.

Shipping: We will ship worldwide. Note though that potential duties and taxes are not covered and we advise you to check any local import/duty rates you might be liable to pay.

When is my payment card charged?
If the project will be successfully funded, your card will be charged when the project reaches its funding deadline (July 9). If the project ends but it hasn’t reached its funding goal, your card will never be charged. Similarly, if a project is canceled before it reaches its deadline, then your pledge will not be collected and no additional action will be required.

Why is the next gen sports bra more expensive than some other sports bras?
The next gen sports bra was made for the highest levels of comfort, performance and sustainbility. And for that we turned every stone to find a fabric and create a design and fit that meets these high standards. Made from a nature-based performance fabric that has the highest level of sustainablity and skin-friendliness in the market and equipped with some of the leading certifications, the bra is ethically made in a GOTS-certified factory in the EU. Instead of adding lots of cheap and toxic chemicals to enable certain features all ingredients are naturally powerful by nature (e.g. naturally odor-resistant, anti-irration and breathable), keeping your body healthy.
We have invested a lot into quality and have tested the bra inside out to ensure it performs well and lasts for a long time. We created one bra in a timeless design and color choice so that you can reduce your activewear wardrobe to only a few quality essentials. What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
